1. Authenticity
All original artworks are one-of-one pieces created by Studio After Cigs
Each artwork is hand painted and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity

2. Ownership & Copyright
Purchase of an artwork grants you ownership of the physical piece only
All copyrights, reproduction rights, and intellectual property remain with Studio After Cigs

- You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use the artwork
- You may not create prints, NFTs, or derivative works based on the artwork

3. Final Sale
All original artwork sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless

- The artwork arrives damaged
- The wrong item was sent

Please review all images and details carefully before purchasing

4. Condition & Variations
Each piece is handmade and may include intentional imperfections, textures, or variations that are part of the artistic process
Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings

5. Shipping
Artworks are carefully packaged and shipped worldwide

Processing time: Please allow 7–9 business days for preparation and packing
Shipping time: Varies by destination (Normally 3–8 business days)

- Customs delays
- Import duties or taxes
- Courier related delays
