* Collectors from the United States are suggested to use PayPal instead of Stripe to check out as payment option on BigCartel.

* If PayPal is not the best option for your side, kindly reach us at CONTACT section for a Stripe payment link. We will assist you as soon as possible.

* All orders will be dispatched within 5-7 business days(excluding Saturday/Sunday)Please allow time for framing and packing.

* International orders may take up to another 7-10 business days to deliver from Malaysia. Actual delivery times will vary depending on where you are in the world, as country's custom might hold the package randomly.

*Shipments notification will be sent via email by our courier partner, DHL, and our website platform, BigCartel upon dispatched.

* International shipping fees do not include the destination country's duty, tax or custom charges. Buyers are responsible for these charges.

* All payments are processed safely and securely through PayPal and Stripe.

* All sold items are strictly Non Refundable / Returnable. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping address and delivery failure, buyers are responsible to make sure the address is correct before placing order and be present on delivery date.
